Finlandia Beach Club Centennial Cookbook 1908-2008
Finlandia Beach Club celebrated it's centennial in 2008. The club published a cookbook as a fundraiser and keepsake with Morris Press Cookbooks. The cookbook is a collection of recipes from it's members; there are 463 recipes from 175 contributors. There is a separate Finnish section which contains 96 Finnish recipes. Also included in the cookbook is a history of the club, a listing of past officers, a Mojakka poem, 34 pictures, and Finnish "sayings". The cookbooks are an attractive 7" x 9-1/4" x 1-3/4" padded 3-ring binder with an easel. More pictures of the cookbook can be seen in the "Photo Gallery" and "Fundraising" page.
